ust one question: The submission limit is stated as "a maximum of 3 times in one calendar month" in the Google form, but "up to 5 times per calendar year" in the above post. So do both apply?
Apologies for not responding as quickly as I’m used to doing. Last day of work before holiday break and I am a bit under the weather as well. Both apply. I am going to update both hopefully before the day is over today so it is more clear. Honestly, it’s worded that way in the hopes we get way more submissions than we anticipated! 😏
